Passion fruit Kefir 1% M.F. is a fermented milk beverage. Purple liquid, with a mildly acidic smell and a sweet fruity flavor. It is a good source of calcium and vitamin A. Kefir is obtained by the fermentation of milk ingredients by a variety of probiotics lactic acid bacteria and yeasts, which sours and thickens the product.
