Black Currant Kefir 1% M.F. is a fermented milk beverage. Purple liquid, with a mildly acidic smell and a sweet fruity flavor. It is a good source of calcium and vitamin A. Kefir is obtained by the fermentation of milk ingredients by a variety of probiotics lactic acid bacteria and yeasts, which sours and thickens the product. The product is made in accordance with GMP and ISO22000 standards and is certified Kosher and Halal.
