Tvorog, a dry quark cheese 14% MF is a soft, white, and granular dairy product. Is an excellent source of Calcium, Protein and vitamins A and C. The product is obtained by fermentation and incubation of milk ingredients with certain kinds of lactic acid bacteria. *Separation of whey on the bottom of the product is a common and normal occurrence. The product is made in accordance with GMP and ISO22000 standards and is certified Kosher and Halal.
