Soft Curd Cheese (Tvorog) 0.5% MF is a soft, white and crumbly fresh dairy product. It is a good source of Calcium and Protein. The product is obtained by fermentation and incubation of milk ingredients with certain kinds of lactic acid bacteria. No salt added. *Separation of whey on the bottom of the product is a common and normal occurrence. The product is made in accordance with GMP and ISO22000 standards and is certified Kosher and Halal.
