Ryazhenka 2.5% M.F. is a caramelized, fermented milk beverage. Brownish liquid, with a mildly acidic smell and flavor. It is a good source of calcium and vitamin A. Ryazhenka is obtained by the fermentation of milk ingredients by a variety of probiotics lactic acid bacteria and yeasts, which sours and thickens the product. The product is made in accordance with GMP and ISO22000 standards and is certified Kosher.
