

Fresh Cheese Pancakes
Amazingly scrumptious. Pancakes with fresh cheese tvorog are out of this world – eating them will make your taste buds sing with pleasure!
Ingredients:
200g of fresh cheese, 14% M.F.
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
1 g of salt
Add vanilla crystals to taste
Melted butter for searing
Jam, sour cream or sweetened condensed milk to taste
Cooking instructions:
In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese, egg yolk, flour, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla until you get uniform thick batter. Shape the batter into round balls 50 – 60 g each, then flatten them slightly into small round cakes. Dip each pancake into flour, then sear in melted butter, flip once to get golden crust on both sides. Put the fresh cheese pancakes in a heat-resistant mold and place it into an oven preheated to 180ºC (350ºF) for 2 – 3 minutes. When ready, serve with jam, sour cream or sweetened condensed milk. Enjoy!
